I am thrilled with my latest win at this years Iris Awards in Rotorua. The Iris Awards are the most prestigious awards in New Zealand. The images are judged during 3 days by national and international top photographers.
I’ve won 6 awards this year in the Wedding,Commercial and Travel Categories.
It’s an amazing feeling to get awards and I’m so proud of them all, but this year it was especially nice to get recognition for the commercial and advertising work I do.
I also received the honor of becoming an associate member of NZIPP for the awards i have won during the last 3 years.

Check out these shots from the Minaret shoot last week. Nick from Alpine Helicopters was flying and Matt took some nice shots of me in action. We got some amazing images of the lodge in the afternoon, evening and then during the night with the light of the full moon. I will get a full post up soon when the editing is done.

I did this shoot a few weeks back. I was picked up by Alpine Helicopters and flown up to the camp together with Australian journalist Tricia Welsh to cover a feature for The Sydney Morning Herald. The article is about the camp and all the activities you can do with them and just how amazing they have made it up there.
5 star accommodation, scenery and food prepared by Leungo Lippe former chef and founder of Botswana Butchery it just cant get any better.
The article also gives Lake Wanaka a great write up, covering Rippon vineyard, our museums and events we have together with amazing tracks, fishing and boating

I shot this Queenstown home back in February in the middle of a busy week with 5 shoots in 7 days! I love shooting commercial work and especially over the wedding season. It keeps my photography fresh and gets my mind working and coming up with new ideas.
