Another product shoot for Wanaka Living. We shot around 10 products with a few different set ups. This is for the new catalougue and marketing material for magazines and tradeshows.
Mantells in Wanaka is an amazing house, it recently won architectural awards and it is really one of a kind. The height inside together with the unique furniture and the use of space is what it makes it so different. It has a nice indoor and outdoor flow with big windows and a light colours.
I shot this Wanaka house for Gary Todd awhile back and its now featured in the latest Trends Outdoor magazine. I worked close with Gary to get the photos he wanted. Its great when you can work together with the architect to showcase and work with the features and ideas he had when he designed the house.

The latest M2 Magazine features my images of the luxury lodge Release. 
I got a call from Mike Sowman from Sowman designs to ask if I could shoot this house and especially the details of the cladding on a very short deadline. I moved some jobs and managed to get an hour of sun and fitted it in.
The house is built by McCoy & Wixon and is one of my favourite houses shot. This was for a product photography shoot for Wanaka Living and the contemporary feel to the house fitted the brief perfectly and I got the hero shot the client was looking for.
A really nice ultra modern design by architect Gary Todd. I met up with Gary to do a walk through and discuss the project and then we came back the day after to do the shoot. The images are daylight and early evening, done with a mix of avaliable light, halogen and remote flashes.

Another photo shoot for the magazine, an interesting house with really nice indoor outdoor flow.
A nice and sunny day, perfect for an architectural photoshoot of this Wanaka house. I did an afternoon shoot and a night shoot to get the best out of the house. I used the new 5D mark II and it really excels in low noise images during night time when using longer exposures.
