I repeated last year’s success and won the highest award possible in the Kodak Gold Awards 2009. A great feeling after also winning two Iris Awards this year for my Photography.
I won another medal in the NZIPP Iris awards 2009, This is the most prestigious photography competion in NZ and only open for professional photographers. To win an award in the wedding category means a lot and showing that my style and approach to wedding photography is truly award winning! This makes me the only photographer in the area to have won an award in this highly regarded competition. The photo was taken at Sonia & Leon’s wedding in Wanaka.
I have just found out that I won an award in the exclusive and highest regarded photo competition in NZ. The Iris Award is only open for professional photographers belonging to a professional body. I won the award in the People category for a shot taken at the Scott Jets factory in Winchester. 
D-photo Magazine features one of my Kodak Gold award winning wedding images. It’s always nice to get wedding photo awards and have them printed together with a selection of the best wedding photography images.
I always get great comments and testimonials from all my couples but its always nice to get international recognition and awards for the images. This year i won two Kodak Gold Awards and was the Only photographer in the area to get a Gold Award in the wedding category. 
Another recognition of my work when i got 5th and 10th place for two images in this great competition. It’s judged by a few of the most well-known wedding photographers in the world. 
A lovely wedding at St Pauls church in Arrowtown and reception at Mt Soho. We did some shots next to the church and the rest around Mt Soho.
Stunning wedding and a great couple. They had the ceremony at the St Columbus church and the reception at our venue Orchard Road. They had some great old Chevy’s as cars and a helicopter to take us up to the mountains and the images came out amazing and gave my both a Kodak Gold Award and an international recognition.
A big wedding in Dunedin’s first church. It’s a special feeling to shoot in such a big church. Images came out great and Prue and Simon wanted beach shots so we went down to Tomahawk beach and it was perfect blue skies, no wind or people and the we just had a great time playing around and the photos came out amazing
