I met up with Head chef  Mark Sycamore and  Demi Chef de Partie  Joseph Clark at Blanket bay lodge to shoot  images for an article in Elements. It was nice to be back at Blanket Bay again after spending many hours there working on Jason Dells food book Savvy last year.

After shooting Celebrity Chefs Jason dells food book Savvy last year we became good friends and he and his family all stayed over the weekend and we talked about all the new exciting projects that we have on the go… Jason is moving to Singapore to start up a very nice looking super modern restaurant. I am looking forward to get over there when its all up and running.
