It’s always great fun to shoot for DF-A, you never know what to expect when you are working with animals! We did the images for their new catalogue and for marketing at Tradeshows in the US.

Shooting for DF-A is always fun and most of the shoots we do are on great locations and we try to push it every time to get something new. I love clients like this cause I can get to use all my creativity. The products shot today however is standard catalougue ones for marketing material and the US trade shows they are going to.
Getting dogs to stand still in whitewater can sometimes be a bit tricky…We did some new images for D-FA’s new floating device for dogs. Shot in the Hawea river with a mobile set up of remote triggered flashes. The images has a distinct style that we have used for all the products shot during the last year and will be used for their worldwide marketing
Another fun summer day with the DF-A crew. Today’s shoot involved getting two dogs to jump and catch a ball and a Frisbee and still show of the gear… we got it in the end!
Shooting dogs is something different. We worked on a few different locations during the year and had about 5 different photo shoots.
Using portable flashes to get the lighting right and really get the dogs pop out from the image. The winter shot was taken on a long hike up at TC in the spring. They were all used for advertising, postcards and on very large prints for tradeshows in the US.
