Anita and Kerry had an amazing day at the Look Out Lodge in Wanaka. They both got ready at the lodge and the ceremony was held on the big lawn there which has unsurpassable panoramic views of the mountainous countryside. We did location shots around the lodge and Kerry’s uncle let us use his helicopter for some more shots up on Mt Roy and we got some really nice ones with the dark rain clouds looming in the back. I also had the chance to catch up with Tessa & Bryce, a couple whose wedding I shot a couple of years ago.

Jess and Jason got married at the St Columbus Church in Wanaka and had the reception at Look out Lodge. Jess father is the local reverand at the church and walked his daughter to the aisle and held the ceremony. We went for location shots at Wanaka Station park and had a surprise helicopter from Alpine Helicopters waiting for them at Edgewater Resort for some alpine images up on Mt Roy before flying to Lookout Lodge where guest were waiting. On arrival friends of the groom performed a powerful Haka.

Stephanie and Sean got a warm and beautiful day for their october wedding. We did all the location shots before the ceremony and had a great time before heading out to Look Out Lodge for the ceremony and reception.
